IIP award
We are delighted to announce that we have met all the required elements and achieved the required standard for Investors in People version 6 award. we are pleased that there has been a recommendation that we could have achieved a higher level award with a few minor additional actions… something to look for in the future.
It was rewarding to note that all staff interviewed were aware of the company vision and felt that they were valued by managers for efforts made.
There are a few recommendations to implement which will be discussed in full with the assessor next week in our scheduled feedback session on the 26th March
